Our care staff are fully trained, most to N.V.Q. Level 2 or above, in understanding and wherever possible meeting the needs of residents. Staff receive regular 'in-service' training programmes, ensuring the highest standards in care and working practices.

Experienced Senior Carer are on duty twenty four hours a day as are members(s) of the management team.

Our Nursing Team are all qualified RGNs and are experienced in handling a range of nursing needs.
